Eraser's Model WC601B Rotary Blade Tubing Cutter is the ultimate automatic flexible tubing cutter. The unit easily and accurately cuts to length tubing, sleeving and more to the programmed length and number of pieces. Nine variable feed rates allow the operator to choose the correct rate for a given material to optimize both production rate and repeatability and accuracy of the cut length. The unit is perfect for processing flexible tubing to very tight specifications, such as those required for medical tubing. Using a unique combination of an adjustable dual driven belt feed and a rotary cutting head, coupled with a reliable stepper drive system, it achieves results formerly only possible by hand operation. The belt feed and rotary cutter ensures there is no crushing of material, either along its length or on the cut ends. Programming of the unit is simple; a batching feature allows all variables for frequently run jobs to be pre-programmed. A kitting feature allows for multiple pieces of different lengths to be cut within a batch. Quantities of 99 batches and 10 kits may be programmed.
