GGB HPF™ PTFE Tape Liner with Fiberglass Bearing 08 HPF

The HPF,Ñ¢ PTFE Tape Liner with Fiberglass Bearing from GGB is designed specifically for hydropower applications, offering a proprietary filled PTFE tape liner that provides a machinable bearing surface. It features a high load capacity with a maximum dynamic load of 20,000 psi and can operate within a temperature range of -320¬8F to 285¬8F (-195¬8C to 140¬8C). The bearing exhibits excellent shock and edge loading capacity, as well as superior corrosion resistance, making it suitable for various industrial applications including servo-motor bearings and guide vane bearings. This product is dimensionally stable with very low water absorption and low swelling, contributing to its durability and performance longevity. It is compatible with various lubrication methods, showing very good performance when dry, oil, or water lubricated, although it performs poorly with grease lubrication.
