The DTS10,Ñ¢ Metal-Polymer Composite Bearings from GGB are designed for use in various industrial applications, including compressors, pumps, and hydraulic cylinders. These bearings feature a polymer lining that provides low friction and high wear resistance, making them suitable for lubricated conditions. They can be machined on-site to achieve tight tolerances, with a minimum overlay thickness of 0.1 mm allowing for improved dimensional accuracy while maintaining a PTFE sliding surface. The bearings exhibit excellent wear resistance, chemical resistance, and fatigue strength, along with good performance in dry start-up conditions. They are compatible with standard machining processes such as turning, broaching, reaming, and milling. The material is lead-free and complies with ELV, WEEE, and RoHS specifications. The maximum static load capacity is 20,000 psi, with an operating temperature range from -200¬8C to 280¬8C and a maximum sliding speed of 10 m/s.
