The Beta TX series from Global Laser consists of high-quality laser diode modules. These modules combine a laser diode, a driver and modulation circuitry, and a collimating lens. All housed in a black powder coated brass body which is electrically isolated. A high-quality adjustable lens enables the Beta TX modules to provide a highly collimated visible beam. This quality is ideal for precision applications such as alignment, edge detection and targeting. The visible laser spot size is adjustable by simply shining it onto a suitable target and adjusting using the focusing tool provided. The lasers can be amplitude modulated using digital or analogue signals over a frequency range of 100 Hz to 50 MHz.
