Recognized as the standard in Long Distance microscopes, the K2/SC is a further improvement to the original Model K2 that already was the top performer. The K2/SC offers high magnifications and a dynamic working distance range. The K2/SC Single-Portpackage includes manual iris for light level and depth of field control. Dual-Port option includes same parts as Single-Port, but also a right angle mirror to switch between views (not simultaneous viewing) and an additional eyepiece tube.Used in conjunction with the newly computed, internally positioned S lens (#65-040), the standard objective can focus from infinity down to 560mm and offers the highest resolution throughout. Both standard and close focus range objectives attach directly to the front dovetail. Ideal for applications ranging from remote vacuum chamber viewing to on-line process control. When combined with the correct thread adapter it allows the K2/SC to interface with common infinity corrected microscope objectives. To enable CentriTel simply add CentriTel focuser (#62-828). For viewing through an eyepiece (not included), adapter #58-796 is required. Recommended eyepiece is #54-426, which accepts 19mm diameter reticles.
