The ECS-2018 series is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator for high-density applications, featuring a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint and +1.8 V operating voltage. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz with frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm, and operates over a temperature range of -10 to +70 °C (standard) or -40 to +85 °C with the N option. The oscillator consumes 2.5 mA at 0.75-30.000 MHz, 3.0 mA at 30.1-40.000 MHz, and 3.5 mA at 40.1-50.000 MHz, and includes a tri-state control function with standby current of 10 μA. Output is HCMOS with a 15 pF load, rise and fall times of 10 ns, and output levels at 10% and 90% of VDD. It is RoHS compliant with a ceramic base and AuSn sealing.
