The ECS-2018 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8V with a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint. It supports frequencies from 0.750 to 50.000 MHz and offers frequency stability options of ±100, ±50, or ±25 ppm, with the -BN variant indicating extended temperature range from -40 to +85 °C. The device consumes 2.5 mA at 0.75-30.000 MHz, 3.0 mA at 30.1-40.000 MHz, and 3.5 mA at 40.1-50.000 MHz, with a standby current of 10 μA when disabled. Output is HCMOS compatible with a 15 pF load, 45/55% symmetry, and rise/fall times of 10 ns. It is Pb-free, RoHS compliant, and housed in a ceramic base with metal lid and gold/nickel-plated terminals.
