The ECS-2018 is a subminiature SMD clock oscillator designed for high-density applications, operating at 1.8 V with a frequency range of 0.750 to 50.000 MHz. It features a 2.5 x 2.0 mm footprint, HCMOS output with 15 pF load, and an input current of 2.5 mA up to 30.000 MHz, increasing to 3.5 mA at 50.000 MHz. The standard operating temperature range is -10 to +70 °C, with an extended option (-N) reaching -40 to +85 °C. Frequency stability options are ±100 ppm, ±50 ppm, or ±25 ppm. The device includes a tri-state control, standby current of 10 μA, and meets RoHS compliance. Packaging is tape and reel, with ceramic base, metal lid, and AuSn sealing. Rise and fall times are 10 ns, output symmetry is 45/55 %, and startup time is 10 ms.
