The ECS-2016MVQ is a miniature SMD AEC-Q200 qualified HCMOS oscillator with a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.85 mm ceramic package designed for industrial and automotive applications. It operates across a supply voltage range of 1.7 to 3.63 V and a temperature range of -40 to +85°C with frequency stability of ±25 ppm. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, a start-up time of 5 ms, and phase jitter of 1 ps from 12 kHz to 5 MHz. It features a tri-state control pin, RoHS compliance, and standby current of 10 µA.
