The ECS-2016MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS crystal oscillator with MultiVolt capability from 1.6 to 3.6 V, designed for low-power and IoT applications. It features a 2.0 x 1.6 x 0.85 mm ceramic package, operates over a temperature range of -40 to +105°C, and offers frequency stability of ±30 ppm across voltage and load variations. The output is CMOS with a 15 pF load, a 6.5 ns maximum rise/fall time, and phase jitter of 1 ps from 12 kHz to 5 MHz. Current consumption varies with supply voltage and frequency, ranging from 2.5 mA at 1.8 V and 8 MHz to 8.5 mA at 3.3 V and 60 MHz. The device includes a tri-state control pin and is RoHS compliant. It supports frequencies including 33.3333 MHz with a 333 code.
