The ECS-1612MV is a miniature SMD HCMOS oscillator designed for applications such as LoRa WAN, low power/portable devices, industrial uses, and IoT. It features a compact 1.6 x 1.2 x 0.7 mm ceramic package and operates over a supply voltage range of 1.6 to 3.6 V, making it compatible with 1.8V, 2.5V, and 3.3V power supplies. This oscillator supports a frequency range from 3.000 MHz to 80.000 MHz with a frequency stability of ¬±25 ppm across an extended temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. It has low jitter characteristics, with a phase jitter of 1 ps from 12 kHz to 5 MHz, and a duty cycle of 45/55%. The device consumes a standby current of 10 ¬µA and has a startup time of 5 ms at 1.8V. The ECS-1612MV is RoHS compliant and offers a tri-state function for output control. It is suitable for applications requiring a reliable and compact oscillator solution.
