The ECS-100X series is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator in a metal package with pin #7 as case ground for shielding, designed for applications requiring stable timing signals. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a supply voltage of +4.75 to +5.25 VDC, and supports a temperature range of 0 to +70 °C. Frequency stability is ±100 PPM for the AX variant. Input current ranges from 15 mA to 80 mA depending on frequency, and output load is rated for 10 TTL loads. Rise and fall times are specified from 4 to 10 ns across the frequency range. The device is RoHS compliant and uses a resistance weld package with 14 pins, including an NC pin, +5 V DC on pin #14, case ground on pin #7, and output on pin #8.
