The ECS-100X series is a TTL-compatible clock oscillator with a metal package featuring a case ground for shielding. It operates from 1.000 to 150.000 MHz with a supply voltage of 4.75 to 5.25 VDC and an operating temperature range of 0 to +70 °C. Frequency stability is ±100 ppm across all conditions. The output supports 10 TTL loads, with rise and fall times ranging from 4 to 10 ns depending on frequency. Input current varies up to 80 mA based on output frequency. The part is RoHS compliant and uses a resistance weld package with 14 pins, where pin 7 is case ground and pin 14 is +5 V DC.
