The ECX-33Q is a miniature SMD crystal with a 3.2 x 2.5 mm footprint, AEC-Q200 qualified, and RoHS compliant. It operates over a temperature range of -55 to +125°C with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm for the DU option, and supports fundamental mode oscillation from 8.000 to 54.000 MHz. The maximum drive level is 100 μW, shunt capacitance is 7 pF, and equivalent series resistance ranges from 40 to 500 Ω depending on frequency. Load capacitance is specified in the part number, and pads 1 and 3 are interchangeable. The part meets MSL 1 with gold finish and a peak reflow temperature of +260°C for 10 seconds max.
