DOW HYPERSHELL™ RO-8038/48 Elements contain a high-rejection reverse osmosis membrane that has successfully been used to process a wide range of food and dairy streams. The thick 48-mil feed spacer is ideal for feed streams with higher solids. These elements are especially effective in dewatering or product concentration. The element is constructed with a polypropylene outer shell, designed to withstand the most rigorous processing applications and conditions, proving enhanced toughness and durability. All materials of construction are compliant with U.S. Food & Drug Administration indirect food contact requirements and are suitable for use in food processing applications in the U.S.
