The PDW06038 is a 2-way Wilkinson power divider designed for 2-10 GHz applications, offering 50 Ω impedance with nominal 3 dB power splitting and minimal phase imbalance. It features a surface mount package with operating temperature range from -55°C to +125°C, moisture sensitivity level MSL 1, and supports up to 5 W input power. Amplitude balance is ±0.03 dB, phase balance is ±3.0°, return loss and isolation each exceed 20 dB, and excess insertion loss is 0.8 dB at room temperature, varying by ±0.5 dB over temperature. Physical dimensions and recommended PCB layout are specified, requiring adequate grounding and application-specific
(3 dB per split) incorporating our low loss, high permittivity dielectric materials to provide small size and temperature stability. The devices integrate thin film precision resistors and are offered for both solder surface mount (SMT) and chip and wire hybrid (WB) assembly applications.
