PDW06011 is a 6-18 GHz 2-way Wilkinson power divider/combiner in a wirebond package designed for broadband operation with 50 Ω characteristic impedance and operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. It provides nominal 3 dB power splitting, with amplitude balance of ±0.035 dB and phase balance of ±3.0°, and offers isolation of 25 dB and return loss of 15 dB. Maximum input power is 5 W, with excess insertion loss of 1.2 dB at room temperature, varying by ±0.5 dB over temperature. The device features temperature-stable performance and excellent repeatability.
(3 dB per split) incorporating our low loss, high permittivity dielectric materials to provide small size and temperature stability. The devices integrate thin film precision resistors and are offered for both solder surface mount (SMT) and chip and wire hybrid (WB) assembly applications.
