The S99NH2-BN2416 is a mount bearing designed for use on hardened shafts ranging from 1/8 to 1 inch in diameter. It features a low-profile, lightweight caged design that utilizes caged needle bearings, which can achieve speeds up to three times that of uncaged designs. The bearing is constructed with a roller cup made from case-hardened steel and a needle bearing made from 52100 hardened chrome steel, ensuring high load capacity and durability. This bearing exhibits extremely low rolling friction and high lubrication capacity, making it suitable for high-speed applications. It is also characterized by low sensitivity to misalignment, which enhances its operational reliability. The shaft surface must have a minimum hardness of Rc 58, or an inner race should be used over a softer shaft when applicable. The product is available with standard lubrication options, and other lubricants can be ordered as needed.
