The S99GTTM183215 is a thrust washer made from T500® polymer, designed for high-load and high-speed applications with an operating temperature range of -100°C to 250°C continuous and up to 315°C intermittently. It has a bore diameter of 18 mm, an outer diameter of 32 mm, and a thickness of 1.5 mm, with a center hole diameter of 25 mm and a chamfered edge of 1 mm. The washer exhibits a dynamic coefficient of friction against steel between 0.09 and 0.27, a maximum PV value of 808 kgf/cm²·m/min, a compressive strength of 1019 kgf/cm², and meets ISO 3547-1 standards. It features high compression strength, chemical resistance, low moisture absorption, and excellent wear resistance.
