The S9111A-T640A02S is a transducer gearhead in the MGX T-Series, designed for high-accuracy electromechanical systems with direct transducer mounting. It has a 1.0625-inch outer diameter, a 2:1 reduction ratio, and mounts to the transducer via an adapter plate with four #4-40 UNC-2B tapped holes. The gearhead features hardened 416 stainless steel gears and aluminum bronze pinions, with a maximum backlash of 20 arc minutes, maximum integrated position error of 40 arc minutes, and maximum operating torque of 20 ozf-in. It is lubricated per MIL-L-6085 and has maximum shaft end play of 0.001 inch under a 1 lbf gage load. The output rotates in the same direction as the input.
