The S6513HM0050L1552 is a metric ball screw with a 5 mm pitch, 16 mm outer diameter, and 1552 mm length, made from Cf 53 induction-hardened steel of HRC 62 ± 2. It meets ISO class 7 pitch accuracy of ≤ 0.1 mm per 300 mm and achieves over 90% efficiency in rotary-to-linear motion conversion. The screw is rolled and polished, with a root diameter of 12.98 mm, and is machined for double bearing support on one end and either a floating bearing or no bearing on the other. Lengths up to 3 m are available. The part is designed for high life expectancy and cost-effective performance.
