Precision gear and dial hubs made of 303 stainless steel, designed for keyless shaft mounting, feature a 6 mm bore, 14 mm outer diameter, 4 mm length, and a 17 mm hub diameter, with an M2.5 socket head cap screw and 8.3 mm clearance radius. The bore tolerance is +0.015/0 mm, and bore and mounting diameter are concentric to 0.005 mm. The hub accepts shafts with g6, h6, or h7 tolerances. The H7 bore tolerance is specified for press-fit mating.
SDP/SI's precision gear and dial hubs are made to accommodate gears or dials and eliminate keys and splines. They are made of 303 stainless steel and are also available with our exclusive Fairloc® design, which is perfect when the hub O.D. is limited; it can be tightened and released repeatedly without marring the shaft or affecting torque-transmitting abilities.

Our gear and dial hubs are available in bore sizes ranging from 0.0900 in. (2.5mm) to 0.2498 in. (8mm) and hub diameters from 0.437 in. (11mm) to 0.530 in. (17mm).
