Our RS wheel block system is engineered for high-temperature applications, up to 350 °C, or wherever stainless steel housing is needed. Many travel wheel designs and possible connections to superstructures make the system suitable for universal applications. Further strengths include: Five sizes with load capacities ranging from 7,700 lbs to 39,600 lbs (3,500 kg to 18,000 kg) Housing made of steel or stainless steel Many travel wheel contours as standard Four variants for connection to the customer's superstructure Driven by Demag offset gear motors Integrated connections, e.g. for torque brackets, guide roller arrangements and buffers.
