Data Device Corporation (DDC) AceXtreme™ MIL-STD-1553 PMC Card (DABD) BU-67110F/M

Description
Rugged and reliable, DDC’s PMC family of embedded cards are engineered for rugged environments and can be used in conduction cooled or air cooled systems. The unique I/O mix and high channel count on a single card saves space, power, weight, and cost—making this an ideal solution for systems with limited space. The cards are also available in PCI and compact PCI/PXI form factors for test applications. The card includes the AceXtreme® MIL-STD-1553 C Software Development Kit (SDK) and drivers to support all modes of operation for Linux, VxWorks and Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7, including source code samples and detailed documentation. A common SDK exists across all operating systems for all cards allowing the programmer portability across different platforms. The BusTrACEr Graphical User Interface is optionally available and has point and click application source code generation capability to reduce risk and shorten development cycles. BENEFITS Rugged PMC Design for Harsh Environments Available in PCI and cPCI/PXI Form Factors with Cable for Test Environment Unique I/O Mix & High Channel Count Reduces: Space, Power, Weight, Cost Shorten Development Cycle and Reduce Risk with Automated Code Generation IRIG-106 Chapter 10 On Board Formatting On-Board DMA Engine for Low CPU/PCI Utilization APPLICATIONS Mission Computers Displays Digital Data Recorders Radar Systems/Situational Awareness Commercial Aerospace Ground Maintenance Systems Integration Labs Simulators Production Test Labs System Troubleshooting New Product Development
