The FPI Mag Plus 5000 is an electromagnetic insertion flow meter designed for clean water applications, offering ±0.5% standard accuracy with optional ±0.2% accuracy. It features the ProComm Max transmitter with outputs including 4-20mA, HART, Modbus, and Ethernet IP, along with datalogging and AMI/AMR options. The meter supports bi-directional flow, operates up to 140°F, and is certified to CE, UL, and CSA standards. Installed via hot-tap method without pipeline shutdown, it includes a 316 stainless steel sensor body with NSF-certified epoxy coating and requires no field calibration. The transmitter housing is die-cast aluminum with IP67 rating and measures 7.3" H × 8.5" W × 4.3" D for remote mount configurations.
