Dymax Light-Curable Materials, Dissimilar Substrate Bonding, OP-60

OP-60 high-performance optical adhesive cures upon exposure to UV or visible light in seconds. OP-60 is a low-shrinkage, low-outgassing, low-CTE adhesive designed for the precise positioning of lenses, prisms, and other optical components. OP-60 bonds to metal, glass, ceramic, FR-4, and polycarbonate. Applications include optical alignment where minimal or no movement is required. Dymax materials have no solvents added and cure upon exposure to light. Their ability to cure in seconds results in lower processing costs. When cured with Dymax UV light curing spot lamps, focused beam lamps, flood lamps, or conveyor systems they deliver optimum speed and performance for maximum efficiency. Dymax lamps offer the optimum balance of UV and visible light for the fastest, deepest cures. This product is in full compliance with the RoHS2 Directives 2015/863/EC.
