The Model 6350B is a DIN rail-mounted fieldbus transmitter for PROFIBUS PA and FOUNDATION Fieldbus protocols, supporting automatic switching between them. It is certified for hazardous locations under ATEX, FM, and CSA standards, with FISCO intrinsic safety approval for use in Zones 0, 1, 2, 20, 21, and 22. The device operates on 9 to 30 VDC, consumes less than 11 mA per channel, and features a 24-bit A/D converter. It supports two analog function blocks for PROFIBUS PA and two analog plus one PID block for FOUNDATION Fieldbus. The transmitter measures RTD, TC, resistance, potentiometer, and bipolar mV inputs with calibration at 20-28°C, and has an isolation voltage of 1.5 kVAC. Dimensions are 109 x 23.5 x 104 mm, weighing 145 g for single-channel and 185 g for dual-channel versions. Compliance includes EN 50170, EN 61326, and IEC 60079-27.
