The HGRM Series is a single side stable mercury relay with 1 Form C contacts, designed for bounce-free, low-contact-resistance switching up to 100 W, 500 VDC, and 2 A. It features magnetic shielding, operate and release times of 2.5 ms max, and contact resistance of 30 mΩ max. The relay has a 15 g typical weight and operates from -38°C to +85°C. Available coil voltages are 5, 12, 24, and 48 VDC, with corresponding coil resistances specified. Insulation resistance is 10^8 Ω min at 100 VDC, and dielectric strength is 1400 VDC between contacts and coil. Capacitance is 3 pF between open contacts and 9 pF between contacts and coil. The contact material contains 0.32 grams of mercury.
