Comus International Relays, Hg Wet Relays HGJM Series

The HGJM Series is a single side stable mercury relay with 1 Form C contact configuration, designed for bounce-free operation and stable low contact resistance. It supports switching power up to 100 W, 500 VDC, and 2 A, with a maximum carry current of 5 A. The relay features magnetic shielding and is available with coil voltages of 5, 12, 24, or 48 VDC. Contact resistance is maximum 30 mΩ, with operate and release times of 1.25 ms max. It operates between -38°C and +85°C, has an insulation resistance of at least 10^9 Ω, and a dielectric strength of 1400 VDC between contacts and coil. The device weighs approximately 12.5 grams and has contact material containing 0.32 grams of mercury. Mounting is through long terminals with dimensions of 1.30 in x 1.60 in x 0.565 in (33.0 mm x 40.6 mm x 14.3 mm).
