Comus International Relays, Dry Relays CGSM Series

The CGSM Series is a family of instrumentation-grade SMD reed relays with 1 Form A contacts, designed for high-reliability switching up to 10 W. Available in Gull Wing and J-Bend lead configurations, the relays feature sputtered ruthenium contacts, a coaxial shield for RF applications up to 6 GHz, and an external magnetic shield. Coil options include 3.3 V and 5.0 V DC, with contact ratings of 170 VDC / 120 VAC RMS and 0.5 A switching current. Insulation resistance is minimum 10^12 Ω, contact resistance is maximum 150 mΩ, and operate and release times are 0.25 ms and 0.05 ms typical, respectively. The relays operate from -40°C to +85°C, support 20 G vibration and 50 G shock, and offer a typical life of 10^9 operations at 1 V, 10 mA. Tape and reel packaging is available with standard quantities of 1,000 per reel.
