EXCEL® 800 is cutting edge technology for producing acid chloride-like zinc deposit brightness from an alkaline cyanide-free zinc plating solution. Deposits are extremely ductile even at thickness over 25 microns (1 mil). EXCEL 800 is deal for both rack and barrel plating lines, and performs well as temperatures in the plating tank climb - up to 52°C/125°F).
