The CSX7030 series is a high-isolation, low-loss current sensing transformer designed for high-performance power electronics and automotive applications. It features a small chip-style package with an ultra-low 3.3 mm profile and is manufactured using a highly automated process to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency. With very low DCR, the series minimizes conduction losses and self-heating, making it ideal for high-current applications up to 20 A. A wide range of turns ratios from 1:50 to 1:200 provides excellent design flexibility, while bandwidth up to and beyond 1 MHz enables accurate high-frequency current measurement in fast-switching systems such as DC-DC converters, motor drives, inverters, and power management circuits. The CSX7030 is AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for demanding automotive applications.
