The CST3015 series consists of surface-mount current sense transformers designed for sensing currents of 80 A and higher up to frequencies exceeding 1 MHz. The transformers feature 5000 Vrms one-minute isolation between windings, reinforced insulation with at least 8 mm creepage and clearance, and AEC-Q200 qualification. They operate from -40°C to +125°C ambient temperature with a maximum part temperature of +165°C. The package is a surface-mount module weighing 16.6-16.9 g, with RoHS-compliant tin-silver-copper terminations. Each variant includes an internal shunt resistor calibrated for 1 V output per 100 A primary current, with the CST3015-400ED variant specifying a 1:400 turns ratio, 51.2 mH secondary inductance, and a 4-ohm terminating resistor. All variants are tape-reel packaged at 90 parts per 13-inch reel, are halogen-free, and meet moisture sensitivity level 1.
