The GNV-5RC is a cartridge needle valve with a 3/8" NPT thread, screwdriver slot adjustment, and a body diameter of 0.770 in. ±0.002 in. The valve accepts 7/16-20 threaded mounting and has a needle tip diameter of 0.492 in. ±0.001 in. The overall length is 1.552 in., with a push-quick fitting interface compatible with standard pneumatic tubing. The valve is designed for in-line flow control in pneumatic systems.
Adjustable control needle valves restrict flow in both directions. There are eight models offered by Clippard with various ports and needle configurations to provide coarse or fine flow adjustment. The diagram of needle shapes and the part show the difference between these models.
