FEATURES: Metric Head Liner Bushings are simply specific ID sizes of HM Head Press-Fit Bushings. Liners are permanent bushings used to hold renewable drill bushings. The liner's ID has a precise sliding fit with the renewable bushing's OD. The liner accurately locates the renewable bushing and protects the jig plate from wear and damage caused by frequent bushing replacement. Note: the "length" listed for an HM bushing refers to its overall length, not its length under the head.
STANDARD SIZES: See Dimensions page for part numbers. The prices shown apply to standard bushings only, as listed in the table.

FEATURES: Metric version of our popular H bushing. HM bushings are permanently pressed into the jig plate. They are generally used for single-operation drilling or reaming, when you do not expect to replace bushings during the tooling's lifetime. The head can be left exposed, or recessed by counterboring the installation hole. Note: the "length" listed for an HM bushing refers to its overall length, not its length under the head.
STANDARD SIZES: See Dimensions page for part numbers and standard ID drill sizes. The prices shown apply to standard bushings only, with any standard metric ID size within the stated range.
