FEATURES: Gun-Drill Bushings are used on gun-drilling machines, such as Eldorado, Drillmation, DeHoff, and Lahr. These bushings are similar to SF renewable bushings, except reversed, with the drill bearing at the bushing's head end, which contacts the workpiece. Gun-Drill Bushings are available in a choice of one-piece construction or two-piece construction (a liner and an insert).
TWO-PIECE CONSTRUCTION: The Gun-Drill Insert Bushings shown here are used together with Gun-Drill Liner Bushings. This two-piece system offers maximum economy and flexibility. Only a few liner sizes are required to hold a wide range of replaceable inserts to fit specific gun-drill sizes. Inserts extend slightly beyond the liner head, to contact the workpiece.
STANDARD SIZES: Available to fit 1", 1-3/8", and 1-3/4" OD sizes. See Dimension page for part numbers and standard ID drill sizes. The prices shown apply to standard bushings only, with any standard USA or metric ID size within the stated range. Be sure to choose the correct insert length to match the liner OD.
