CECOR Electric Sump Cleaner, 60 Gallon CE10-60/60PT

The CECOR CE10 60/60 and 100/100 gallon are the smallest single-phase electric combination units. The CE10 offers a deep vacuum, generating a suction lift of 17′ of Hg (mercury) or 231′ (6 meters) water. Deep vacuum sucks up sump contents in minutes – contents flow through the F10 Filter which catches solids. Filtered sump cleaner tank contents can be transported for batch recycling or in some instances, pumped back into the sump for reuse. Refill or top off sump with new or treated coolant from the dispenser tank. Better Design The CE10 durable steel tank includes an “8 x 10′ clean out door secured with ¼” wing nuts. The clean out door is flush to the bottom of the tank for easy 8′ x 10′ flush-to-bottom clean out door or easy rinsing or raking out. There is a 1-1/4” drain port in the door for draining. The standard PT base includes a push bar for easy maneuvering by one person, as well as a tow bar for transport by tug. Optional PL6 base include push bar and fork pockets for lifting by fork lift.CECOR Sump Sharks come with three cleaning tools: straight, flexible and flared nozzles. Safety Features CECOR SE10 electric Series offers a two-step system to prevent tank overpressurization. An operating relief valve and a back up relief that will shut the unit down at 8 psi. The SE10 has mechanical (non-electric) overflow protection that will prevent the tank from overflowing when full. All CECOR Sump Sharks have a vacuum pressure gauge so the operator can see what is going on inside the tank. A Sump Shark sure beats a pail and shovel. When sump cleaning is easier and faster, it will get done more often. With regular cleaning the build-up of impacted swarf and layers of scum will not occur. Regular cleaning will reduce the odor and risk of dermatitus, making for an overall cleaner and more productive work setting. The CECOR CE10 Series has two tanks; one is a sump sucker, the other is a coolant dispenser. Single-phase electric Sump Shark plugs into any standard electrical outlet.
