CECOR CE10 cleans sumps down to the bare metal in minutes. Sump cleaner side filters out solids. Transport and pump coolant to recovery station for further processing. Then transfer processed coolant back to machine tool. Two tanks, one a sump cleaner, the other a dispenser, work in tandem with coolant recycler and coalescers in coolant recycling systems.
Standard 1 cubic foot filter lifts out easily for emptying. Optional F23 Filter (2.3) is recommended for when coolant is heavily loaded with chips and swarf. Rectangular 8” x 10” cleanout door with 1-1/4” drain port is flush-to-bottom of tank for easy cleaning. Clean out door and filter lid are secured with ½” wing nuts for secure seal, yet easy opening and closing. Combination Sump Sharks have a pressure gauge for each tank. Standard TW transport base has pintle-eye hitch for easy towing through plant.
CECOR’s CE10 medium-sized, electric sump cleaner/dispenser have two tanks with capacities of 150/150 or 200/200 gallons. One tank is a sump cleaner for sucking out dirty sump contents and separating the solids. The other tank is a dispenser for tranporting fresh or treated coolant to the machine tool. Top off or fill sump after emptying from dispenser side, transport filtered coolant in sump cleaner side to central treatment facility.
