The Avago ASMB-TTB2-0C3A2 is a high brightness tricolor surface-mount LED device packaged in a tall black surface PLCC-6 package. The device has a separate heat path for each LED dice, enabling it to be driven at high current. It has a wide viewing angle of 115° with a built-in reflector cavity optimizing light intensity. The black top surface provides better contrast enhancement which makes the device ideal for use in full color sign applications.
