The DGWG125A1 series is a line of modular PCB terminal blocks with wire guards, designed for secure terminal connections in control panels and industrial equipment. It features a low-profile design with angled wire entry, 2 to 24 positions, and machined inserts. The block supports wire ranges of 14-22 AWG, rated for 10A at 300V, with a screw torque of 4.5 lbs-in. and an operating temperature range of -30°C to +105°C. The housing is PBT with UL 94V-0 rating, terminals are tin-plated brass, and the wire guard is stainless steel. Mounting requires a minimum PCB hole size of 1.30 mm. Standard colors are black and blue, with ink marking available on request. Stripping length is specified at 4.5-5 mm.
