ProteOn His-tag reagent kit contains reagents for activation and regeneration of all ProteOn His-tag sensor chips (HTG and HTE)
The ProteOn™ HTE capturing kit includes one ProteOn HTE sensor chip and one ProteOn His-tag reagent kit. The ProteOn HTE sensor chip is suitable for capturing His-tagged proteins with an alginate matrix layer that contains tris-NTA complexes. This chip is optimal for protein–small molecule interaction analysis. Bio-Rad recommends using the ProteOn His-tag reagent kit for optimal activation and regeneration of the HTE sensor chip. This reagent kit includes sufficient reagents for >80 activation and regeneration cycles.
