The ProteOn™ HTG capturing kit includes one ProteOn HTG sensor chip and one ProteOn His-tag reagent kit. The ProteOn HTG sensor chip is suitable for capturing His-tagged proteins with a polymer matrix layer that contains tris-NTA complexes. Bio-Rad recommends using the ProteOn His-tag reagent kit for optimal activation and regeneration of the HTG sensor chip. This reagent kit includes sufficient reagents for >80 activation and regeneration cycles.
