Bervina timing belts are molded from thermoset polyurethane, applying centrifugal casting. All products are one piece molded without joint, consists of steel, kevlar, inox, polyester or fiber glass reinforcement. We offer a large selection of tooth profiles and lengths for different applications. We design and produce tooling for new applications in house. We produce cast timing belts in the length range of 150mm – 1500mm, available hardness of the material is between 10-90 ShA. Heat resistance is between 80 – 200 °C On demand it is possible to deliver belts in different colours. According to the field of use we can design cleats onto the backside of the belt. These cleats are made by casting process so the belt is one piece molded, like this life span in much more longer. Mechanical and Chemical Properties: High coefficient of friction Hardness of the teeth side is 92 ShA, while back side is 87 ShA. High abrasion resistance Heat resistance on operating temperature ( 80°C) Good behavior at low temperature (-50°C) Good hydrolysis resistance Free maintenance Silent operations High flexibility Long life span Applications: Cable Processing Wire infeed
