The GFC-40 center pressure polishing machine adopts PLC control and can internally store 6 polishing processes corresponding to the processing of 6 types of products. Each polishing process is divided into 5 grinding steps, allowing for individual setting of polishing time, speed, soft-start time, pressure, polishing disc quantity/time compensation function, and a counting function for the number of processed discs in each step of the polishing process. The detailed setting of polishing process parameters enables more precise control of equipment operation, effectively improving the polishing quality of ferrules. Within the GFC management system on the control screen, parameters can be manually adjusted to calibrate the pressure applied by the pressure column, enhancing the pressure control accuracy of the polishing machine. Additionally, a equipment maintenance reminder function has been added; once the maintenance cycle is set, timely reminders are provided. The GFC-40 center pressure polishing machine is suitable for MPO/MTP fiber optic ferrule polishing, achieving a pass rate of over 95% for end-face inspection and 3D parameters.
