The AT2000 motor modules are elements for building straight XTS track sections. Simply plugging them together establishes an electrical connection between these motor modules. With one power supply, a maximum of 12 motor modules can be plugged together one after the other in a 3 m long infeed line. The standardized 250 mm length enables finely scalable system lengths. The motor modules in 249 mm and 233 mm lengths extend the range of individual track layouts.
As the XTS can be used with two variants of guide rail systems, each motor module is available in two versions. One version allows the guide rails to be mounted directly on the motor module. The variants with designations ending in -0002 are used for rail systems which are mounted parallel to the motor module. These variants therefore have no fixing holes on the top.
The AT2000-0250-0006 motor module with lubrication channel together with the AT9000-0250-0006 guide rail enables precise lubrication of the running surfaces of the guide rails. The lubricant is fed through internal lines from the underside of the motor module and discharged externally through holes in the guide rails. This solution is a resource-saving alternative to spraying systems, which are widely used.
