It has great thermal, wear, and fatigue resistance with outstanding stiffness, tensile strength,
impact resistance, and other mechanical properties.
POM : Polyoxymethylene
This resin is highly crystalline and mechanically strong. It has good resistance to oil,
repetitive load, and wear, making it applicable to bearings, gears, and other parts.
Features
Continuous Working Temperature : 95℃ ~ 45℃
Chemical, creep, frictional , wear resistance, and good mechanical characteristics in a wide range of temperature
Production Range
1mm ~ 50.8mm
Applications
Bearing, display equipment parts, and ball caster (ball transfer)
PE : polyethylen
Universal plastics for a range of applications, such as industrial materials to living supplies;
has good wear resistance for bearings, gears, and other parts
Features
It has a lower specific gravity, so it floats over water with good sanitation.
It has excellent electric insulation, continuous working at a low temperature, and doesn’t influence its properties.
Production Range
1mm ~ 50.8mm
Applications
Medicinal, cosmetics containers, perfume, living supplies, and check balls
PP : Polypropylene
This universal plastic has low specific gravity and good hinge characteristics, and
it is similar to polyethylene (PE) but has better stress-grinding characteristics, transparency, and constant tension.
Features
It is ideal for food sanitation and has the lowest specific gravity among plastics.
It has strong “hinge characteristics” against repetitive bending.
Production Range
1mm ~ 50.8mm
Applications
Medicinal, cosmetics containers, perfume, living supplies, and check balls
Teflon (PTFE): Polytelrafluoro Ethylene
It is otherwise known as Teflon and is one of the most representative plastics, taking 60% of fluoroplastics.
Features
It can work continuously at 250 °C and is widely used in chemical and display equipment,
as well as semiconductor industries where low friction, nonadhesion, and chemical resistance are required.
Production Range
1mm ~ 25.4mm
Applications
Bearing, display equipment parts, and ball caster (ball transfer)
Polyvinylchloride (PVC): Polyvinylchloride
PVC is a nontoxic plastic with high water, acid, and alkali resistance, and electric insulation.
Features
It has lower thermal conductivity but good corrosion resistance and electric insulation.
It also has stable mechanical strength for good machinability.
Production Range
1mm ~ 25.4mm
Applications
Wastewater equipment parts, ball caster (ball transfer), medical device, agricultural machinery parts, and valves
UHMW-PE : GUR, UPE
UPE Ultrahigh molecular weight polyethylene, Ultrahigh molecular-weight polyethylene with good wear resistance, food sanitation, and economics
Features
Otherwise known as UPE, this is a high-density polyethylene with 1 million or higher average molecular weight.
It has good self-lubrication, wear resistance, and the highest impact resistance among thermoplastics.
It can work continuously at 80 °C –100 °C and has consistently high impact and wear resistance at a very low temperature (-270 °C ).
Production Range
1mm ~ 25.4mm
Applications
Bearing, display equipment parts and ball caster (ball transfer), medical device parts, plastic ball production grade
