With a platinum reference band, silver, silver chloride reference electrode and our polymerised salt bridge solution the 9016-10B offers precision Redox measurements.
This electrode offers a fast response time and stable reading and by avoiding particularly harsh environments the operational life of the Redox electrode can be extended.
This electrode has been designed for light laboratory usage, and for using in wet leisure applications (spa and swimming pools), hydroponics, water treatment and educational / laboratory usage.
The 9016-10B general purpose Redox electrode is often used with portable Redox meters in light laboratory applications or for corroborating readings with permanently installed Redox electrodes. The 9016-10B is a sealed combination budget Redox electrode and has a low impedance glass bulb, single junction reference and a silver chloride element.
The mounting cap on the budget pH Electrode model 9016-10B is Ryton with a small flange for mounting the Redox electrode into our RES style inline redox electrode holders.
As the 9016-10B is manufactured as an epoxy body Redox electrode it is suitable for a temperature range of 0-50ºC only.
