The MRF141 is an RF power FET designed for broadband commercial and military applications up to 175 MHz, delivering 150 W output power at 28 V and 150 W at 175 MHz with 13 dB gain. It features low thermal resistance, nitrogen passivation for reliability, and is ruggedized for operation at rated output power.
