Mini and Normal Sensitivity Ring Sensors are used to detect stamped or punched metal parts, or larger size unwanted metal parts. Altech offers a wide range of these rings from 12 mm to 300 mm in diameter. High sensitivity rings are also used for the same applications, except they can detect much smaller metal parts. Altech’s Ultra High Sensitivity Ring Sensors are used primarily for the detection of very small particles in bulk materials.
