ULTRA Series dualband dichroic filter with 402 nm and 502 nm (± 3.0 nm) cut-on wavelengths, steep edge transitions, greater than 93% average transmittance from 409 nm to 451 nm and 509 nm to 700 nm, and greater than 95% average reflectance from 325 nm to 395 nm and 465 nm to 495 nm. This polychroic filter is designed for use at a 45 degree angle of incidence (AOI). It is coated on a 1.04 mm fused silica substrate and is 25.2 mm x 35.6 mm (± 0.1 mm) in size. Alluxa ULTRA Series longpass dichroic beamsplitters are designed for use with our fluorescence excitation and emission filters to optimize fluorescence instrument performance, resulting in bright, high contrast images of target molecules.
